I love to bake and create beautiful edible art.It all started in South Africa where I would help my Ouma(grandmother) make rusks and cookies. I started baking cakes while at school to earn pocket money, but only started decorating cakes after taking the Wilton courses in Canada in 2002. I have a Food Service Management Diploma from Natal Technicon, South Africa and have taken various courses in Canada to learn new techniques in cake decorating.
