DESIGNER PURSE CAKE


Here is a Designer Purse Cake, carved out of Vanilla Pound with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Instead of the "LV" logo I made my own. I did this cake at home with Jessica to demonstrate how to do carved cakes.

50 TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

A chocolate devils food cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Gumpaste 50 topper and roses. Used my handi dandi fondant extruder to do the curly rope around each tier. I love gadgets!

Tie Die Cookie


Here were some cookies I made for Neve's Authors Tea at school. Butterflies, Dragonflies and Bee's flooded with royal icing swirled with different colors.

Graduation Owl Cake


Here is a cake I made for a graduate going on to study further in New York. The owl is made from Devils Food Cake and Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Using homemade fondant I cut out circles to create a simplified feather effect. The book was carved out of a Vanilla cake (9x13") and also covered in fondant. I was inspired to do this cake after having seen Charm City Cakes do 2 owls for a wedding.
